New Project Launch – Acoustic and Privacy-led Visual Monitoring at Padda Care
24th Mar 2025

We are thrilled to announce our newest partnership with Padda Care, as they embark on an exciting journey with their brand new 80-bed care home located in Llwynhendy, Llanelli. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both Adaptive Care and Padda Care, as we work together to give their staff the tools to provide an exceptional level of care and allow residents to benefit from a great night’s sleep.

At Adaptive Care, we are committed to supporting care environments through the compassionate use of innovative technology to create safer and more comfortable environments for residents and caregivers. With the installation of our industry lead acoustic and privacy-led visual monitoring systems at Padda Care, we aim to ensure that both residents and staff benefit from the latest advancements in monitoring technology.
“Using Adaptive’s state-of-the-art Acoustic and Privacy-led Visual Monitoring technology will provide an even greater reassurance of care and safety to residents themselves, and also to families whose loved ones will reside in Llwynhendy Care Home.”
– Chris Tymanowski, Managing Director, Padda Care
“Embracing technology allows us to enhance the well-being of our residents, while better supporting our nursing team. Traditional checks are only as good as the moment they’re done, but with Adaptive’s technology, we can ensure continuous oversight and a higher standard of safety. This technology is transforming nursing, helping us continuously raise the level of care for the people in Llwynhendy.”
– Nicki Williams, Registered Manager, Padda Care
Our acoustic monitoring systems will provide continuous sound monitoring, allowing staff to respond promptly to any situation that may arise, ensuring peace of mind for families and caregivers alike. This proactive approach enhances safety and promotes a sense of security within the care home.

Meanwhile, our privacy-led visual monitoring technology will offer enhanced oversight and immediate ‘eyes in the room’, enabling staff, not only to prevent incidents but also remove the need to unnecessarily disturb residents with routine night-time checks. This contributes to improve sleep quality and fosters a more nurturing atmosphere for all residents.
As we embark on this partnership, we look forward to witnessing the positive impact our technology will have on the lives of residents and the efficiency of staff operations at the new Padda Care home. Stay tuned for updates as we progress in this exciting venture! Together, we are shaping the future of care.
