Meet Emma Moorcraft: Making Waves in Care Home Excellence

At Adaptive Care, we pride ourselves on our dedicated team members who contribute to our success. In this blog post, we would like to introduce you to one of our exceptional Customer Engagement Manager – Emma, who has been with us for almost 3 years.

🌟 As part of our CEM spotlight series, we are thrilled to introduce Emma Moorcraft, our Customer Engagement Manager for the South.

Emma has been a valued member of Adaptive Care for nearly three years. In her role as Customer Engagement Manager, she supports our clients with the implementation, training and ongoing support of our CLB Acoustic Monitoring and Nurse Call systems.

Her previous experience, spanning over seven years in various care homes, has given her extensive knowledge of the care industry and is an invaluable cog of the Adaptive Care team.

Emma’s dedication to her work is matched by her passion for horse riding. She spends many weekends competing with her horse and during the summer months, enjoys paddle-boarding on the river with her dogs.
