Introducing Our New CEM – Team Leader: Welcoming Sophie Burden & Wishing Sarah Austin the Best!

We have some important business news to share including the announcement of our new Customer Engagement Manager Team Leader, Sophie Burden and take a moment to say farewell and express our gratitude to Sarah Austin.

Our esteemed Customer Engagement Manager – Team Leader, Sarah Austin, will be stepping down from her role after working with Adaptive Care for the past 6 years. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Sarah for her invaluable contributions and dedication to the company. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

In her own words, Sarah expressed mixed emotions about leaving her role. Sarah’s passion and commitment have been instrumental in driving the success of our Customer Engagement team, and her presence will be greatly missed.

With 10 years’ experience in the care sector, Sophie is passionate about building relationships and championing a person-centred approach. Having previously worked as a Registered Manager and Quality Improvement Lead, she brings a wealth of expertise. We are thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact Sophie will make in putting the needs and preferences of our clients at the forefront.
