Introducing Hayley Mundy: Our Newest CEM

At Adaptive Care, we pride ourselves on our dedicated team members who contribute to our success. In this blog post, we would like to introduce you to Hayley, our newest Customer Engagement Manager.

We are delighted to introduce Hayley, the newest addition to our Adaptive Care team. As our Customer Engagement Manager, Hayley brings a wealth of experience and a passion for enriching the lives of our customers.

With a background in facilities management, Hayley has spent the last two years overseeing the operations of three care homes and five commercial property blocks. Her responsibilities included managing domestic departments and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for the homes and properties.

Before going into facilities management, Hayley dedicated a decade of her career to the leisure industry. Starting as an apprentice lifeguard, she worked her way up through various roles to become an Operations Manager. This journey allowed her to develop strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer service.

Hayley’s transition to the care environment was driven by her passion to support and enhance people’s lives. Her commitment to making each day as fulfilling as possible aligns perfectly with the values and mission of Adaptive Care. As our Customer Engagement Manager, Hayley will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

We are excited to have Hayley on board and confident that her expertise and dedication will greatly contribute to the success of our team and customers alike.
